Role Overview

we are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing the “whitelisting” process for our influencers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly in managing paid media behind influencers’ content. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strategic execution to maximize the impact of our influencer marketing efforts through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Whitelisting Strategy: Develop and execute concise strategies for whitelisting influencer content across various digital advertising platforms, with a focus on maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Platform Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., and leverage their capabilities to optimize influencer content performance.
  • Collaboration with Influencer Team: Work closely with the influencer marketing team to identify high-performing influencer content suitable for whitelisting and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies and budgets as needed to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Creative Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to continually optimize campaign performance and drive results.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various influencer whitelisting campaigns while maximizing ROI.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular performance reports and insights to share with the broader marketing team, highlighting key learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably within the influencer marketing space.
  • Strong familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
